About the service

Brahmin Samaj Vivah, operated by Hetvi Dave, is a matrimonial platform for adults seeking a marriage partner within the Brahmin community. We provide profile, search and contact features. We do not promise a match, a reply from another member, or a marriage. By using the site, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible for marriage. Give accurate information and keep your account details secure. Profiles may be reviewed using a government ID before approval. An ID check does not guarantee that every statement in a profile is accurate. You should make your own checks before sharing sensitive information or making a marriage decision.

Respectful use

• Use the service only for lawful matrimonial purposes.
• Do not impersonate another person, mislead members, harass anyone, or post offensive or unlawful material.
• Do not use another member's information for advertising, fraud, bulk messaging or any purpose outside matrimonial contact.
• Do not send money to another member on the basis of a profile or message without independent verification.

We may remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken. Please report suspicious profiles through our contact page.

Membership, payment and delivery

Profile registration is free for Brahmin women. The current paid membership for men is ₹399 for three months, with access to full biodata and contact details of available profiles. Our team reviews the profile and confirms activation. The three-month term starts on activation. Membership is a digital service, so nothing is physically shipped.

Online payment is not currently available on the site. Contact our team before paying; we will confirm the current price and payment instructions. Membership does not automatically renew. See the membership page for the offer and the refund policy for cancellation, eligibility and timelines.

Profiles and member interactions

You allow us to display the profile information and photos you submit as part of the service, subject to the access rules described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for your communications, meetings and decisions with other members. We cannot verify every claim or control conduct outside the platform. Use caution before sharing financial or sensitive personal information.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but temporary interruptions may occur. If paid features are unavailable because of a problem on our side that we cannot resolve, contact us for review under our refund policy. We may update these terms; the updated version will be posted here with its date.
