Account and payment support

For an account concern, include your registered name and phone number. For a payment or refund concern, include the payment date, amount and transaction reference. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or one-time codes.

Hetvi Dave, Owner and grievance contact, handles complaints about accounts, memberships and payments. To raise a complaint, email customersupport@brahminsamajvivah.com or call +91 931-391-2098. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within four business days. If a matter needs more investigation, we will update you through the contact details you provide.

Membership access is activated after profile review and confirmation by our team. Please contact us before making a payment. The current paid membership is ₹399 for three months.
