Membership and activation

The current paid membership for men is ₹399 for three months. It gives access to full biodata and contact details of available profiles. The three-month period starts when access is activated after profile review. This is a digital service; no physical item is shipped.

When a refund is available

• If you cancel after paying but before membership access is activated, we will refund the payment in full.
• If the same membership payment is charged more than once, we will refund the duplicate charge.
• If we cannot activate the paid access you purchased, we will refund the payment in full.

Please tell us about a duplicate charge or activation problem within seven days of the payment, or as soon as you discover it. Include the payment reference so we can investigate.

After access is activated

You may ask us to cancel your membership at any time. Once access has been activated, the membership fee is generally not refundable for a change of mind, inactivity, no reply from another member, or not finding a match. We do not guarantee a match or marriage. If the paid features are unavailable because of a problem on our side that we cannot resolve, contact us and we will review an appropriate refund for the unavailable service.

How to request a refund

Email customersupport@brahminsamajvivah.com or call +91 931-391-2098. Provide your registered name and phone number, payment date, amount, transaction reference and reason for the request. Do not send your card number or password.

We aim to review and respond to a complete request within four business days. For an approved refund, we will initiate payment back to the original payment method within seven business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit it. If a different method is necessary for an offline payment, we will confirm it with you.
